Step 1
Email all documents to lisa@apluscondodocreviews.com.
Make sure to send the Purchaser's contact details (phone number and email address).
Make sure to send the Realtor's contact details (phone number and email address).

Complete payment. See Shop for details.
Step 3
When Report is completed, an email message with the Report and invitation to a Google Hangouts Video Call will be sent to the Potential Purchaser.

The Report will include an analysis of the Condominium Corporation's Current and Future Operations.
The Most Important Questions Asked:
- Will there be any future Special Assessments?
- Will there be more money requested other than the Condominium Fees?
- Will the Condominium Fees increase? By how much?
- Is the Corporation following a Plan with all the Expenditures and Repairs?
- Does the Corporation have enough money to take care of the Building, Common Areas, etc.?
All of these questions will be answered and discussed during the consultation.
